No, this bed cannot be reconfigured to a loft bed, but they can be separated into two full/double size beds.

Can the trundle attached to the bed? Can it be used away from the bed? Does it have wheels?

The twin trundle is a separate unit from the bed and can pull fully out and it rolls on caster wheels directly on the floor.

How many inches clearance is there under the bed?

There is approximately 11.5 inches of space between the bottom bunk and the ground.

Can the ladder on the full over full bunk bed be switched from the right side to the left side of the bed?

Sorry, the ladder can only be placed on the right side.
