At CozyBeds Furniture LTD., we design our products with a focus on you, using only high-quality components and materials that align with our values allowing you to focus on the fun stuff, like relaxing! That's why, if something does go wrong, we've got you covered with the CozyBeds Furniture Warranty.
Like all products in America, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the American Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Notice, CozyBeds will repair or replace only those parts determined to be defective by us.
Our One(1)-year CozyBeds Furniture Warranty starts from when you receive the product and is non transferrable (applicable to the original purchaser only) when purchased from us. Be confident in knowing that we'll be quick to repair or replace any defects in material or workmanship as set out below.
What is covered under our CozyBeds Furniture Warranty?
Any physical flaw or manufacturing defect in the material or workmanship of the product, when used normally for its intended purposes under normal residential use and conditions. The warranty applies to what is considered to be normal household use and does not apply to purchases for resale, commercial, institutional or rental uses. Any damage that is a result of improper handling and any form of misuse, negligence, or accidents resulting in damage to the product is not covered under the CozyBeds Furniture LTD. warranty.

- Platform Beds
- Bunk Beds
- Daybeds
- Loft Beds
- Frames & Bases
- Murphy Beds
- Kids Beds
- Nightstands
- Dressers
- Desks
- Mattress (Mattresses carry a ten (10) year prorated warranty which means that the value of the warranty will decrease by 10% with each year that passes from the original purchase date. After ten years, the mattress warranty expires.)
Unfortunately, the following is excluded from the CozyBeds Furniture Warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, stains and discolouration, and softening of the product that does not affect its performance
- Minor variations in colors, inclusions, core voids or other imperfections in natural materials used (for example, solid timber and timber veneers)
- Damage caused by improper use, abuse, negligence, cleaning, maintenance, treatment, storage, transportation or are otherwise caused by your acts and/ or admissions
- Damage caused by alterations or modifications, tampering, cutting, or where the product is used in an abnormal manner and not for its intended purpose
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
Claim Procedures:
- Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. claims for missing parts must be made within 30 calendar days after the merchandise is received
- Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging if possible
- We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field
- Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice
- If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. it is our policy to replace parts whenever possible
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
