RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns of new, unused, unassembled, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make your return process smooth and stress-free.

To initiate a return, simply complete our Return Request Form. Our Customer Service team will then guide you through the next steps.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

We ask that returned items be shipped back in their original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure the items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please contact our Customer Service team for a return shipment authorization and detailed shipping instructions. 

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure the items are in good condition, we will issue a refund minus the cost of return shipping. If you choose to receive a store credit, we can cover half of your return shipping costs.

Please note that mattresses are final sale and cannot be returned.

MISSING PARTS OR ORDERS

If you are missing any parts or items from your order, please complete the Replacement Request Form on our website. Due to increased order volume, there may be delays in processing replacement part orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. If you discover any missing or damaged parts, please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.

MISSING ORDERS

For orders confirmed as delivered by FedEx, please report any missing items within 14 days of the tracked delivery date. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work swiftly to resolve any issues.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans can change. While we strive to accommodate all requests, please note that due to our timely shipping and processing times, we may not be able to fulfill every change or cancellation request. Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
