Do you still need to purchase a slat roll?

Are you able to take the bed apart?

Our beds arrive disassembled. While we don't recommend doing this frequently, they can be taken apart.

Can the ladder on the twin over twin bunk bed be switched from the right side of the bed to the left side of the bed?

No, the ladder can only be placed on the left side of the bed.

Is there an option to "reverse" the direction of the 2 twin over twin beds?

Unfortunately, these quad bunk beds are not convertible, there is only one way to assemble them.
