Is the ladder switchable / reversible to the opposite side of the bed?

The ladder on this bed can only be installed on the right side.

Will this bunk separate into just 2 floor full bed?

Unfortunately, these low bunk beds are not convertible, so they do not separate into two separate beds

Do you need bunkie boards on the top and/or bottom bunk?

No, our mattresses are designed to offer the comfort and support kids need without requiring a Bunkie board or box spring.

How wide is the space for the full mattress?

The space for the full mattress on this bed is approximately 54.5" wide. This is just the right amount of space to put a standard full-size mattress.

Do you need box springs?

No, our beds do not require a box spring or foundation mattress. The slat roll is designed to take the place of the traditional box spring. We don't recommend using a box spring on our beds at all.
